I will be using commissions to fund for more art supplies and to pay for some Speech and Debate related competitions (they drain money like crazy).

These prices might seem daunting, but they are negotiable. Just talk to me and we can work it out. Right now my rates are approximately 5 USD per hour of work, to put it in perspective.

These rates apply to one character per commission. If you want another character, you will pay the total amount multiplied by 1.5 approximately. Do that for each additional character.

MAKE SURE YOU READ THROUGH THE WHOLE THING IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN COMMISSIONING ME.

Info: Digitally, I work in Photoshop CS3, Corel Painter X, Paint tool SAI, and openCanvas 4.06+. It really doesn't matter what software(s) I use unless you somehow only want me to work in one software.

Traditional:
Info: As of now, I have 72 Prismacolors, a set of 50 Oil Pastels, some Crayola watercolor, basic acrylic paint and oil paint. I will eventually acquire many more traditional materials.

I know I don't have many recent examples, but I will try to photograph more. These start at lowest 70 USD because of the cost in supplies.
Shipping fee required if you want original- you have to pay for it.

5. I sent you full sized piece.

This is the way commissions that cost more than 30 USD will go:

1. Contact Me, we work out any kinks first.
2. I draw a sketch, I show it to you. Revise if necessary.
3. Pay 50%, and then I will start the actual image based on the sketch.
4. If you ask for WIPs, I will send them to you. I will voluntarily send you WIPs if I'm taking a particularly long time on your commission. Let me know about revisions here too. If the revisions take a long time, I will charge you more.
5. I show you a tiny thumbnail of the finished piece.
6. Pay the rest.
7. I give you full sized piece.

For pieces that are expensive (Around 80 USD)

I will draw up an official contract for us both to sign. This will protect both our rights. It will take longer, but it can be especially reassuring.

If you want ALL the rights to the image, i.e. for your commercial use

We will work something out with official contracts as well. Be aware that the rights to an image generally won't go for anything under 1000 USD for anyone.

What You Will Receive:

All free of watermarks, just a little signature.

Standard is 300 DPI full size image sent to you by email, perfect printable size.
If you want original PSD, please multiply your total costs by 1.5. I will upload it to Mediafire, password protected, and you can download from there.
If you want any original traditionals, please multiply your total costs by 1.5 and THEN add shipping fee. I'll probably send along some other random goodies along with it.



My speed in the commission is random- IF THERE IS A DEADLINE, LET ME KNOW.

Finishing commissions does not depend on order of Slots

I will NOT refund you if I have started the commission already and you decide to cancel. I will of course, refund you if I have to cancel.

I will only begin actual work after you have paid 50% if the commission is more than 30 USD, or upfront if it is less than 30 USD.

You can request weekly WIPs, but I will not be doing so myself unless you remind me

Please don't harass me. That would be appreciated. If you really make me work for this, i.e. being demanding and asking to see WIPs constantly, getting me to change lots of things etc. I will make you pay more. Play nice.

I take no responsibility for any damages that happen after I send you the final piece. It's up to you to make backups. Similarly, if a traditional piece is damaged with shipping, that is also not my problem.

I reserve the rights to my own artwork, meaning you CANNOT sell my piece for profit. You may of course make prints for personal use/gifts. You may post elsewhere online in any way (i.e. avatars) with a clear credit to me/a link to me. You may NOT distribute the full size piece to others electronically; I would only like you to be the one using it, thanks. I also reserve the right to display my artwork in my portfolio and to sell prints of it. Talk to me if you want something otherwise.
